CIFSManager - This allows the phone to mount a network drive.
Regular applications
Amazon mp3 - used to hate this but the addition of Amazon cloud player makes this a nice app.
Barcode scanner - very useful in scanner barcode.
Google Voice - free unlimited SMS, cheap international calls.
Advanced Task Killer - useful for killing some applications
ES File Explorer - very good file explorer
Handcent SMS - good messaging app
Pandora - good music streaming app
TuneIn Radio - good online radio app
